OLOR’OGUN S. KUKUCHAIRMAN

A renowned physician, scholar and administrator, Dr. Kuku is the joint Chief Medical Director and Chairman, Eko Corp Plc. (The Eko Hospital) which he co-founded. Dr. Kuku has also been a Trustee and Distinguished Fellow of several medical and academic institutions in Nigeria. In addition, he was the Chairman of the Human Capital Policy Commission of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group. Joining the Board of Ecobank Nigeria Plc. in 2004, he was subsequently appointed Chairman. He is also the President of Council of Bank Directors Association of Nigeria.
His years of experience across the Boards of several reputable organizations, brings great wealth of knowledge to the CMB board.

MR. KELECHUKWU MBAGWU – Group Managing Director/CEO

With over 25 years hands-on experience in the Real Estate industry, Kelechukwu Mbagwu is the Chief Executive Officer of CMB Building Maintenance and Investment Co. Ltd. His vast experience and skills have proven invaluable to the provision of affordable housing in the industry. Having left Edar Properties Ltd as a junior partner at the firm, a move into the highly specialized Real estate development sector was a natural progression. Kelechukwu has pioneered over fourteen Estates in Nigeria.

MR. ROTIMI ALADESANMI

Mr. Aladesanmi was called to the bar in 1986, joining the reputable law firm of Chief Afe Babalola S.A.N, in Ibadan for the NYSC scheme in the same year. He remained at the firm till 1993 to join the firm of Agbaje Anozie and Wada in Lagos.
He later partnered in setting up Osuolola Chambers at Onikan, Lagos, from where Rotimi Aladesanmi and Co. was established in 1999, which has become one of the most trusted law firms in Nigeria.

MR.CHRISTOPHER BANDELE COKER

Having served as the Deputy President (Finance) in 1989 in De Montfort University, United Kingdom, Mr. Bandele returned to Nigeria in 1996 to establish one of the foremost Facilities Management companies in Nigeria- EMS (Environmental Management Services Ltd. He has since been the Managing Director at EMS for 14 years.
Based on a successful track record in leadership, Bandele holds other positions such as Executive Director, Fabac Medical Centre and Executive Director, Victoria Island Consultancy & Hospital Services Ltd. (VICHS).

MRS VIVIAN MBAGWU

Mrs.Mbagwu is an accomplished businesswoman and lawyer. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001, from where she proceeded to hone her craft at Mike Igbokwe and Co. She lent her dynamic brand to the legal profession for several years before starting her retail and consultancy firm- simultaneously maintaining close ties with the Law vocation.
She brings a wealth of experience in Land and Property Law as well as an acute business sense to the board.

MRS. IBIA ANI

Mrs.Ani has over 20 years of Human Resource management experience in multinational firms. She holds a Law degree from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1981.

A certified team trainer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), Ibia sits on the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. As a Director at CMB, she lends her expertise to the company in the overall personnel management strategy and to the overall administration and branding of the organization.

IK MBAGWU

With a career spanning over 30 years, IK Mbagwu’s professional start was as a tax senior with Arthur Andersen & Co before moving to the Nigeria -American Merchant Bank Limited (Bank of Boston) in 1989 where he began a successful career in banking and rose to managerial ranks at two reputable Nigerian financial institutions. He retired from Banking in December 2015.
IK currently runs a Management Consulting firm and serves on the Board of a number of private institutions involved in Real estate as well as the Engineering, Oil and Gas and Construction sectors respectively.
He is also a certified (IFC/FITC) Board leadership and Corporate Governance trainer.

MRS. LAKANU O. YETUNDE

Mrs. Lakanu started her career as a Banker and has vast experience in Administration and Finance. She has also worked in the advertising industry with several major brands and currently holds the fort as the Managing Director of Lake Andrews Holdings, which has dual business interests in Oil and Gas and advertising.
As a director in the company, Yetunde brings years of experience to the organization’s administration and branding.

AYO ESHO

With more than 25 years professional experience across a wide range of industries, Mr. Esho presently serves as the CEO of 3Consulting, a technology consulting firm. He has worked with leading Nigerian financial institutions as Vice President of Technology and held managerial roles at reputable organizations including Interswitch Limited and Heirs Technologies. He is also a board member of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria.
Ayo is presently a Director at CMB Building & Maintenance Ltd, Everest Consulting Ltd, and PrepayGo Technologies Ltd.

MS. DIANA JOHNSON

Ms. Johnson possesses over 20 years’ experience in the Hospitality and entertainment sectors. She is a certified professional trainer in customer service and a trained experiential facilitator. She has coordinated training programs in Nigeria, England, Ghana and Sierra Leone. Diana was the founding Director of Team Building Africa and is now a Director of Team Management Partners Limited.
She brings to the company, her expertise in people management, training and creative organizational skills.
