Pearl^® Royale Estate is a Public-Private Partnership arrangement between CMB and the Lagos State Government situated in the Queen’s Court Scheme in Sangotedo off the Lekki-Epe expressway.

The estate is a short distance from the company’s Pearl^® Gardens, Cola, Nuga Park and Nuga Court Estates. The estate offers serviced plots while construction has commenced for plot owners within the estate. Pearl^® Royale has been designed as a gated development with allowance for commercial plots and a range of modern facilities.
